  • In the case of exclusive offers, it is not possible to purchase more than 2 products per offer per customer
  • Unavailable Shop more than one Product of the exclusive offers per customer
  • In the case of a purchase order through the site٫ the confirmation of the order is awaiting through customer service, in order to ensure that the product is available with the required specifications.
  • When the order is received from the shipping representative, a copy of the card is delivered to the representative to confirm the identity.

  • When ordering air conditioning devices, delivery and installation are within 10 working days.
  • Delivery of air conditioners within Cairo and Giza only (not including Giza suburbs).
